In a 50min Health History Session, we'll explore deeply into the Intake form you provided earlier. Here, Instead of offering specific solutions, I'll focus on understanding your unique story. We'll go deep dive into your medical history, diet, lifestyle, and more to get a complete picture of who you are and your environment.
In a 50min Nutrition Counseling Session, we will review the area of 'concerns' that caught our attentions to gain clarity one more time. I'll then provide specific suggestions tailored to your nutrition and lifestyle, ensuring personalized steps forward.
② Cooking Workshops:Learn to prepare nutritious meals that are both delicious and easy to make. We hold monthly cooking workshop based on health themes. This is an experiential nutrition workshop that not only provides deeper insights into the principles of functional nutrition, but also allows you to gain how food can be your medicine while feeling it through all your five senses: seeing, hearing, smelling, touching, and tasting.
