きんぴらごぼうの自然の効能で体にエネルギーを! 🌿 豊富な栄養素と食物繊維で、幸せなお腹に。


Ingredients


  • Burdock root  2C

  • Carrot   2C

  • Oil   1 TBS

  • Bonito broth or chicken broth  1/2C


(A)

  • Coconut Sugar   2 tsp

  • Soy Sauce   2TBS

  • Cooking Wine   2TBS

  • Sake   1TBS

  • Curry Powder 2 tsp



Instructions


  1. Slice burdock to the stick shape and soak in water for a while.

  2. Slice carrots to the stick shape

  3. Mix (A) together in a small bowl.

  4. Make bonito broth or use chicken broth

  5. Cook burdock and carrot slices with oil in a heated pan. 

  6. Pour the broth and (A) into the pan and cook in low heat until the liquid is reduced. Mix frequently.
