Ingredients
Burdock root 2C
Carrot 2C
Oil 1 TBS
Bonito broth or chicken broth 1/2C
(A)
Coconut Sugar 2 tsp
Soy Sauce 2TBS
Cooking Wine 2TBS
Sake 1TBS
Curry Powder 2 tsp
Instructions
Slice burdock to the stick shape and soak in water for a while.
Slice carrots to the stick shape
Mix (A) together in a small bowl.
Make bonito broth or use chicken broth
Cook burdock and carrot slices with oil in a heated pan.
Pour the broth and (A) into the pan and cook in low heat until the liquid is reduced. Mix frequently.
